In2One, LLC, is an 12 year old diversified wellness business offering a unique variety of fitness and nutrition programs. The programs are not taken from magazines, websites or copied from commercial videos. In2One’s approach is unique, original and therapeutic by design. The programs are always evolving and changing, thereby having a stay fresh appeal. Exercise programs are specially created for youth, seniors and everyone in between. In2One is a clean holistic health-conscious business and will never compromise this approach by the use of conventional measures such as drugs, pills, injection or fads.
Carl W. Horne, Jr. began his professional career when he accepted a position with the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble, a professional modern ballet ensemble in Denver, Colorado. After a short stint with the company, Carl moved to California where he first studied health sciences at California State Dominguez Hills. There he began working as a clinically trained physical therapy technician for the Los Angeles Sports Medicine Clinic. This experience brought him to the attention of the Los Angeles Clippers, an (NBA) franchise. There he became the team’s strength and conditioning coach as well as its rehabilitation specialist. Mr. Horne resigned from the Clippers in 1994 to begin yet another facet of his dream, building his own business.
In addition to Carl’s various career skills, he is a certified Black Belt in the Korean style of Taekwondo. He is also a co-author of a popular fitness book, “Strengthen the NBA Way” and has produced several fitness articles for a variety of sports and health magazines.
