Feel free to come in at your convenience, meet our Holistic Wellness Instructors and learn about our Holistic Fitness Programs.

If you’re interested in a short workout we will gladly take you through our warm-up and introduce you to 3 exercises that you won’t do anywhere else.

And If you’re interested in more detailed information on any of our programs join us for one of our 20 minute demonstrations. Here is the Schedule for the day:

Demonstration Schedule – R.S.V.P. for each demonstration is highly recommended.

10:00am - Taedaga
Experience for yourself what Taedaga is all about during this 20 minute demonstration. Taedaga is a creative movement group exercise class that combines and blends the essence of Tae Kwon Do, Dance and Yoga. There are several skill levels of Taedaga: beginning intermediate and advanced. Each class is designed to be self-paced and non-competitive.

11:00am - Active Adult Lifestyle Enhancement Program (for boomers)
Come in and learn how The Active Adult Lifestyle Enhancement Program can help you lead the active and healthy life that you want. The goal of the Adult Lifestyle Enhancement program is to improve physical function so that individuals can continue to participate in the activities of their choice for many additional years. Learn how you can experience improvements in your balance, coordination, mental focus, flexibility, strength and aerobic fitness.

12:00pm - Student Athlete Developmental Program
Find out how we can give your child the advantage they deserve in any sport. The In2One Wellness Student Athlete Development Program is designed specifically for the developing, coed student athlete who is seeking to enhance athletic ability in order to participate in either scholastic or club sports programs. The program is designed around the safety of the co-ed student with professional instruction and supervision to ensure improvements in sports performance.

1:00pm - Low Back Pain Solution
