The In2One Wellness Student Athlete Development Program is designed specifically for the developing, coed student athlete who is seeking to enhance athletic ability in order to participate in either scholastic or club sports programs. The program offers the best sports specific exercise and workout programs for students throughout the Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. These programs are sensitive to the delicate and growing adolescent body. The program is designed around the safety of the co-ed student with professional instruction and supervision to ensure improvements in sports performance.
This program focuses on improvements in flexibility, balance, coordination, muscle imbalances, endurance, strength and mental focus. The desired outcome for all of our clients who participate in the Student Athlete Development Program is to improve sports performance while significantly reducing any risk of injury.
Each exercise and fitness program is tailored to the individual’s unique needs. The specific movements required by each sport demand that a customized training program is necessary. In addition the developing body of a pre-pubesent athlete will experience a much different exercise program compared to that of a high-school senior.
A long-term goal of In2One is to establish a relationship with other entities to provide and produce an academic atmosphere where learning tools and resources are provided for the student athlete. In2One is committed to establishing a scholarship and/or grant fund in order to reach youth who are economically challenged.
